03 / Founder Blueprint
I use a cross-disciplinary perspective to keep each project strategically coherent as it moves from concept toward validation and execution. The work is less about forcing every project into the same model and more about identifying what each one needs to become clearer, stronger, and more viable.
Some may require deeper research. Others may need product development, partnerships, operating structure, funding, market feedback, or a clearer path forward. My role is to keep those decisions connected to the larger direction of each project while allowing the ideas themselves to evolve.
The studio brings together the company concepts I’ve developed so they can be explored, refined, tested, and ultimately built with the right combination of resources, collaboration, and outside expertise where it makes sense.
